Objective: This phase focuses on transitioning startups into a co-working space, where participants will work on the legal establishment of their businesses, refine their business plans, and prepare for the Launch Pad Event on December 3rd. During this phase, participants will receive hands-on experience in business operations while attending networking workshops, guest lectures, and mentorship sessions with key industry stakeholders.

After the official launch and graduation, participants will receive ongoing support through access to DE Hub’s co-working space and make space for three months (December – February). This will provide them with a space to refine their products/services, grow their businesses, and continue receiving mentorship as they navigate the early stages of their entrepreneurial journey. Networking Opportunities: Ongoing workshops and networking events with industry stakeholders. Co-Working Space: Free access to the co-working space to continue business operations. Outcome of Phase 3:
By the end of Phase 3, participants will have fully established their businesses, created solid business plans, and pitched their startups to investors at the Launch Pad Event. After graduation, they will continue to receive access to DE Hub’s resources to support their growth and business establishment. Structure for Weekly Activities (December 2024 – February 2025) Format: Each week will include designated days for mentorship sessions, workshops, and progress reviews. Startups will set specific milestones and track their progress through weekly check-ins and documented outputs. The key focus will be on operational scalability, refining the product/service, and gaining market traction.
